The ideal candidates for the HPT Elite Program are athletes competing at the minor hockey level. (14+ years of age) 

Monthly Session Breakdown

April: 3 Sessions/Week 

May: 3 sessions/Week 

June: 4 sessions/Week 

July: 5 sessions/Week 

August: 5 sessions/Week 


Every Athlete accepted to our professional program will undergo:

  • Intensive Biomechanical Assessment and testing battery 

  • Sport-Specific, Position-Appropriate Programming 

  • Tailored Program based on the functional needs of each individual athlete


Programming will consist of:

  • Functionally Sound Movement Training

  • Speed, Agility and Quickness

  • Explosive Power Development 

  • Functional Strength Training

  • Energy System Development

  • Linear/Lateral Speed Techniques 

  • Competitive games based learning 

Program Details

  • Full Summer Program running April 4th- September 2nd

  • Includes pre and post-program biomechanical assessment and testing battery

  • BioSteel High Performance Sports Mix Provided each Workout

  • Professional coaches with CSCS Certification

  • Individual attention working with Coach Daniel Noble, Director of 

  • Athletic Performance

  • Individualized coaching and customized programming suited to each athlete's physical needs

  • No more than a 6:1 Athlete to Coach Ratio

  • Athletes will work with professional speed coach and functional joga instructor alongside strength and conditioning team

  • Combine preparation/fitness testing preparation

  • Post-workout meal plans can be included in program at an additional cost 

  • Priority booking to Dr. Clarfield and our in-house sports medicine clinic
