Hill Performance Iron Might Program 

Ideal candidates for the HPT Iron Might Program are athletes competing at the minor hockey level. (7-10 years of Age) 

Every Athlete accepted to our Iron Might program will undergo:

  • Movement Assessment to address athlete imbalances

  • Age-Appropriate Programming

  • Tailored Program based on the functional needs of each individual

  • athlete


Programming will consist of:

  • Functionally Sound Movement Training

  • Developing strong fundamentals

  • Speed, Agility and Quickness

  • Explosive Power Development

  • Functional Strength Training

  • Energy System Development

  • Linear/Lateral Speed Techniques

  • Competitive games based learning 


Program Details

  • Full Summer Program running April 4th- August 19th

  • Includes pre and post-program movement assessment

  • Athlete's will be provided with biosteel high performance sport mix each session

  • No more than a 6:1 Athlete to Coach Ratio

  • Athletes will be exposed to components of movement preparation, strength training, conditioning, yoga, plyometrics in order to build a foundation for long-term athletic development

  • Post-workout smoothie plan can be included in program at an additional cost

  • Priority booking to Dr. Clarfield and our in-house sports medicine clinic

April: 3 Sessions/Week

May: 3 sessions/Week

June: 3 sessions/Week

July: 3 sessions/Week

August: 3 sessions/Week
